Acceptable use

Allowed: sending warm, contextual one-to-one outreach via platform DM, email, or phone — based on the public post we surfaced.

Not allowed:

• Bulk automated mass-outreach (sending same template to >50 people/day)

• Harassment, threats, or repeat unwanted contact after "no"

• Sharing ByPath data with third parties or reselling it

• Using ByPath data for purposes that violate the platform's own ToS (e.g. recruiting from LinkedIn against ToS)

Penalties: account termination + IP ban + we will respond to platform abuse reports with our logs.
