When to use Find Contacts

Default contact route is platform DM — message the person right where they posted. This is the lowest-creep, highest-response option.

Use "Find Contacts" ($0.15) only when:

• You need email for proposal docs / contracts

• You need phone for warm calls (recommended for ticket sizes >$5k)

• The person isn't reachable via DM (locked account, business profile)

Don't use Find Contacts as your DEFAULT path. Cold email/phone has 3-10x lower response rates than warm platform DM.
