Refund policy

If you're not getting useful signals in your first month — email hello@bypath.app within 30 days. We'll either re-tune your search for free OR refund the month, no questions.

If our system breaks for >24h — automatic refund of pro-rated days.

Annual plans: prorated refund for unused months if you cancel mid-year.

Pay-per-contact charges are non-refundable once the contact data is delivered (since the data is already sent).

We don't play games with refunds. If you're not happy, we don't want your money.
